Since Triplesunlimited is located in Greece/EU, shipping parts

to us for servicing is pretty straight-forward without any import duties if you are located within EU zone.

For the rest of our customers who are located outside EU zone

here are some useful tips to keep the unavoidable import duties for anything that comes to Greece to as minimum as possible.

 

Firstly use only your country’s National Postal Service.

For example, Royal Mail if you are located in Great Britain or USPS if you are located in USA.

Do not use courier companies like FEDEX, DHL, UPS....
Their charges about import duties are very high since they will have to pay the Greek Customs and they will have to get a profit from the process.


Usually when a package arrives at Greek Customs they will charge 24% VAT on the registered value plus the postage costs (so keep the value you will submit of the included parts to as minimum as possible) and they add to the end 15€ as handling costs.
Specify to the form that you have submitted during delivery, that the parts included “will be just serviced” and will return again to you.

Have in mind that the above is a general guide line of what we have found out from our experience all these years and not a strict rule.
