Original Lucas alternator stator remanufactured.

The old cable was removed and replaced with high temperature silicone equivalent.

Due to removal also of the original resin in the area of the cable connections

new urethane resin was poured-in (high temperature).

The following tests were performed to ensure the correct function of the stator:

1. Contactivity between coil pairs.

2. Performance under load as stated by the Trident/R3 manuals, 9 volts AC output with i Ohm resistor @ 3000 rpm.

3. DC output of 12V above 2000 rpm to 18V@3000rpm
