BSA A65 TRIUMPH T120 T140 TSX TSS OIL GAUGE KIT ILLUMINATED

PLEASE HAVE IN MIND THAT THIS KIT IS FITTABLE ONLY TO MODELS THAT ARE EQUIPPED WITH THE OIL WARNING SWITCH FUNCTION WHICH I BELIEVE IT WAS COMMON TO BSA-TRIUMPH RANGE AFTER 1969.

TO INSTALL THIS KIT TO YOUR BIKE YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE OIL WARNING LIGHT.

Description:

-Black panel instrument with white lining, numbers and needle. Highly polished aluminum rim of 50mm external diameter.

-LED light, color white. Electrical consumption: 1.5 mAmperes.

-PSI scale only: 0 to 86 psi.

-Mounting on handle bar (handle bar diameter 22mm).

-Adapter on engine (banjo connector): thread 25/64” 27TPI. (most commonly known as 1/8" NP thread)

The kit contains

1)    One oil gauge of 50mm diameter with handle bar mounting bracket and connector to   

       4mm oil line.The instrument comes with one meter of cable.

2)    Extra 4mm connector with 90º angle.

3) One and a half meters of plastic oil line of 4mm diameter black color.

4) One meter of rubber line for the protection of the plastic line.

5) Stainless steel connector to engine (banjo connector).

6) Two ertalon washers

7) Stainless steel adaptor (banjo bolt)

8)  5 tie wraps to secure the oil line

9) Installation instructions

The rubber line (4) can be easily fitted outside of the plastic oil line for extra protection:        

 A) Against an accidentally contact with the exhaust.

 B) More protection in case of jamming with the steering movement.

C) Protection against the small possibility of thrown objects from the front wheel.

  I BELIEVE THAT THIS KIT CAN BE INSTALLED TO ANY BRITISH CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE THAT HAS THE LUCAS OIL WARNING SWITCH BUT I CAN ONLY GUARANTEE FOR THE ABOVE BSA-TRIUMPH MODELS.
